You can submit return requests within 14 days from the date of purchase. Simply return the item in its original intact packaging (unused/unworn condition). Some exceptions apply. Delivery fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
All customized items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable except for:
Receiving wrong shipment or delivery items.
Receiving damaged or defective items (You must provide photos of the affected or damaged items of your order).
